THIS LAYOUT ALLOWS BOTH ZONES TO RUN SIMULTANEOUSLY SIDE BY SIDE, GIVING OUR MEMBERS THE FLEXIBILITY TO CHOOSE THEIR NEXT WORKOUT BASED ON THEIR SPECIFIC TRAINING NEEDS.
